1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Mine mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Minesocial OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.
2. Service Description
Mine is an event discovery mobile application featuring a 3D satellite map, real-time crowd density data, and social features. Users can discover, create, and share events, upload photos and videos, and connect with others in their city.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, in accordance with GDPR Article 8. During onboarding, we ask for your date of birth solely to verify that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Your date of birth is retained in your profile only if you give explicit consent at that step. If you decline, the date is used for age verification only and is discarded immediately afterwards — it is not stored on our servers. By providing your date of birth, you confirm that it is accurate.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the minimum age.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.
5. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the content you upload (events, photos, videos). By uploading content, you grant Minesocial OÜ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it solely to operate and promote the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape or automate access to the Service without written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Mine offers several paid subscriptions giving access to additional features and benefits.
7.1 MINi Subscription
The MINi subscription is intended for users who want to enjoy additional benefits within Mine.
It is offered at an indicative price of €2.99 per month and notably includes:
- discounts on certain eligible events;
- a MINi badge displayed on the profile;
- early access to certain new features.
The exact benefits included in the subscription are those presented in the app at the time of subscription.
7.2 PRO Professional Subscription
The PRO subscription is intended for professionals who want to manage their business and venues on Mine.
Each Pro account corresponds to a single brand or trade name.
A single Pro account can group together up to 4 venues, provided those venues share the same trade name as the Pro account.
For example, a professional operating four venues under the name "La Crêperie" can manage all four venues with a single Pro account "La Crêperie". However, if a professional operates two "La Crêperie" venues and two "Le Médiéval" venues, they must have two separate Pro accounts: a "La Crêperie" Pro account and a "Le Médiéval" Pro account. Venues with different trade names therefore cannot be grouped within the same Pro account.
The PRO subscription may notably allow:
- choosing a professional category;
- displaying the venue's services or menu;
- creating and managing events;
- managing venues and their addresses;
- accessing other professional features offered in the app.
The exact features are those indicated in the app at the time of subscription.
7.3 Pro Account Pricing
The monthly price depends on the number of Pro accounts included in the chosen plan:
- 1 Pro account: €19.99 / month;
- 2 Pro accounts: €35.98 / month, i.e. €17.99 per account;
- 3 Pro accounts: €50.97 / month, i.e. €16.99 per account;
- 4 Pro accounts: €63.96 / month, i.e. €15.99 per account;
- 5 Pro accounts: €74.95 / month, i.e. €14.99 per account.
From 5 Pro accounts onward, the unit price remains fixed at €14.99 per Pro account per month, where subscribing to additional accounts is available in the Service.
The number of Pro accounts corresponds to the number of distinct brands or trade names the professional wishes to manage. Several venues sharing the same trade name can therefore be attached to a single Pro account, up to a limit of four venues per account.
7.4 Displayed Prices & Payment
Subscriptions are billed via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, depending on the platform used.
The prices indicated in these Terms correspond to reference rates in euros. The price, currency, taxes, and the amount actually charged are those displayed by Apple or Google at the time the purchase is confirmed.
In the event of a discrepancy between a price mentioned in these Terms and the one displayed by the payment platform at the time of subscription, the price presented by Apple or Google before the purchase is validated shall prevail.
7.5 Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of subscription, MINi and PRO subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly period.
Renewal continues until the user cancels their subscription in accordance with the terms offered by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The amount corresponding to the selected plan is charged to the Apple or Google account used to make the purchase.
7.6 Changing Your PRO Plan
Where this feature is available, a professional may increase or reduce the number of Pro accounts included in their subscription by choosing a different plan.
The effective date of the change, as well as any resulting billing difference, are determined in accordance with the rules of the payment platform used.
Reducing the number of Pro accounts may require the user to select which professional accounts to keep, where the number of accounts currently in use exceeds the number provided for by the new plan.
7.7 Cancellation
The user may cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time from the subscription management settings of their Apple or Google account.
After cancellation, the user retains access to their subscription's features until the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise required by the relevant platform or applicable law.
Deleting the Mine app or the Mine account does not automatically cancel the subscription. Cancellation of the subscription must be done directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform used at the time of subscription.
7.8 Refunds
Refund requests concerning subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled in accordance with the rules and procedures of the platform that processed the payment.
Minesocial OÜ cannot guarantee that a refund request will be accepted, as this falls under Apple's or Google's decision. This provision does not limit any mandatory rights the user is entitled to under applicable law.
7.9 Changes to Prices & Offers
Minesocial OÜ may change the features, benefits, and prices of the subscriptions offered.
Any price change applicable to an existing subscription is implemented in accordance with the rules of the relevant payment platform and applicable law.
The prices and terms presented to the user before confirming a new purchase or a plan change are those applicable to that transaction.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minesocial OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of habitual residence.
Purchases and subscriptions made via the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable terms of the relevant platform, particularly regarding payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
Any dispute with Minesocial OÜ is subject to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law. For professional users, unless otherwise required by law, the Estonian courts have jurisdiction.
