1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Mine mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Minesocial OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.
2. Service Description
Mine is an event discovery mobile application featuring a 3D satellite map, real-time crowd density data, and social features. Users can discover, create, and share events, upload photos and videos, and connect with others in their city.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Mine, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under this age.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.
5. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the content you upload (events, photos, videos). By uploading content, you grant Minesocial OÜ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it solely to operate and promote the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape or automate access to the Service without written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity
7. Pro Subscription & Billing
Mine offers a Pro subscription at €19.99/month, billed via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refund policies are governed by Apple or Google, as applicable.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minesocial OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
