Try resetting your password from the login screen. If you're still locked out, email us at support@minesocial.app with the email address on your account and we'll help you regain access.

Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. You can cancel anytime from your Apple or Google account's subscription settings. Deleting the Mine app or your account does not cancel billing.

Tap the "···" menu on any profile, event, or post and select "Report". Our team reviews every report. For an urgent safety concern, email us directly.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Your account then enters a 7-day grace period: log back in during that window and everything is restored automatically. After 7 days without logging in, your events, photos, and location history are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

Mine surfaces nightlife and alcohol-related venues and events. On first launch we ask you to confirm you're of legal drinking age in your country. It's a simple self-declaration, not an ID check. No content is shown before you confirm.

From the map or your profile, tap the "+" button and choose "Create Event". Add a location, time, and description, then publish. It appears live on the map for people nearby.

Your data is stored on servers in Switzerland, which meets EU data-protection standards. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

On eligible Pro and MINi plans, you get a free week before you're charged anything. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically at the price shown. You can cancel anytime from your Apple or Google account's subscription settings.

Access granted through a code is free: nothing is ever charged, but it also doesn't renew. It stays active until the date shown in the app, or indefinitely if marked unlimited. If your code covers fewer venues than you manage, you choose which ones stay active. See our Terms of Service for details.
